T here's no one else that can get you in the mood quite like Iamzyrie.

 

As explicit and uncensored as they come, Zyrie lives outside the hierarchy and moves to the beat of his own drum, which makes him unique. His work can be described as erotic, sensual, fierce and sexual, but in Zyrie's words, "normal is boring" and he's never bashful when it comes making his intentions known, getting what he wants, and doing as he pleases. Music is the vehicle that provided him the freedom to do just that at a young age, and that is why he's chasing greatness today.

The drive to turn nothing into something is what fuels Iamzyrie's fire. He comes from nothing. Growing up poor in the dangerous neighborhoods of a small town, he's always been hell bent to amount to more than what he came from and he's always believed music would be his path to something greater. Music was not only his escape from a traumatic upbringing, it was the one thing that made a shy, quiet, and timid young kid feel powerful. Zyrie's biggest influences are the likes of Michael Jackson, Prince, 2Pac, The Notorious B.I.G, Eminem and Marvin Gaye. He developed a deep and personal connection with each artist as they inspired him to bless the masses with his own distinct sound.

 

Iamzyrie makes music for the people that want to feel something and get in the mood. The people that want to escape reality and be free. The people that want to get together, dance, party, and let themselves go. The people that just want to say "screw it" and have a ball and especially for people like Zyrie himself who wish to express themselves freely and could care less about what the masses think. In Zyrie's own words "If I don't get your juices flowing, then I ain't doing my job."
